Data Deletion Request

Effective date: 6 October 2026

You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Future Vision account or orders.

How to request deletion

Open the Future Vision app/website.
Use the WhatsApp customer-support option.
Send a message containing your name, mobile number, and order ID if you have one.
State that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.

Please note: Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for tax/accounting purposes, fraud prevention, or legitimate dispute resolution.

What may be deleted

Where legally and operationally possible, we can delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required for the service.

Identity verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to the person whose data is being requested.

Processing

After a valid request is received, we will review the request and take the appropriate action. Some requests may require additional time where records are stored by service providers or must be retained for legal reasons.
